María Sanz de Galdeano
Moderator
An economist with over two decades dedicated to entrepreneurship, innovation, and the creation and implementation of new projects. She currently supports and assists in innovation management, business creation, and projects at CEIN, a leading entity in Navarra, which she has also coordinated since 2013. She is an associate professor at the Public University of Navarra. A specialist in digital strategy, she is a co-founder of a startup related to digitalization.
David Erice
Moderator
David Erice has been a member of ASPACE Navarra for 10 years, a non-profit organization born from the concern of several parents who wanted to find opportunities for their children with cerebral palsy and/or related disorders. Since April 2019, he has been the Association's President and also chairs the two foundations the association created in 2003 to directly manage the centers and services: the Aspace Navarra Employment Foundation and the Aspace Navarra Residential Foundation. He is married and has three children, ages 16, 13, and 10. The youngest was born with cerebral palsy and currently attends the Virgen de Orreaga Special Education School, which Aspace Navarra manages in Cizur Menor and is subsidized by the Government of Navarra. He is currently taking the Disability and Active Legal Defense course offered by the UNED (National University of Navarre) and the ONCE Foundation. He is an industrial technical engineer and works at Cinfa Laboratories.

Belén Galindo
Belén Galindo Lizaldre is a journalist who works as a reporter, radio host, presenter, event organizer, and corporate communications manager, among others. She is currently Head of Communications for Grupo La Información, the publisher of Diario de Navarra. She writes for the blog "Sopa de letras" for the digital edition of Diario de Navarra, is the voice and soul of the podcast "Con voz propia," and collaborates as a commentator on various television networks. Her career bridged the gap with the United States in 2013 when she moved to this country, where she worked as an editor at the Chattanooga Times Free Press newspaper and contributed to several North American media outlets. She also published the interview book People of Chattanooga (2016) in English. She has since published the books Gente Op (2017) and Un blog para cruza el Océano (2018).
Amaia Merino
She studied acting at the Navarra School of Theatre (1987-1988), at the Cristina Rota Acting School in Madrid (1989-1993), and at the León Sierra Actors Studio in Quito (2009-2012). In 2017, she earned a degree in Film Directing and Acting Technology from the Film and Acting Institute (Incine) in Quito. At the age of twelve, she began her acting career and participated in films such as Akelarre and Tasio, by Montxo Armendáriz. Since 1995, she has worked professionally as a film editor, having edited more than 25 documentary and fiction feature films (she also co-wrote many of them). She is co-director, co-writer, co-producer and editor of the documentary feature film Asier ETA biok (Asier Y yo), a Spanish-Ecuadorian co-production, winner of the Irizar Award at the 2013 San Sebastian Film Festival, among other international awards, and commercially released in cinemas in Spain, France and Ecuador.
María Manero
Independent filmmaker of multidisciplinary audiovisual projects. She combines Fine Arts and Animation to create authentic films by combining different techniques. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country and a Master's degree in Animation from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and a Master's degree in Animation Directing from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, all thanks to the Navarre Government Scholarships for Artistic Studies and the CAN Foundation scholarships. In this latest stage, she made the short film Patchwork, which has been screened at nearly 200 film festivals around the world and was very well received. Always interested in the hybridization of creative projects, you never know what format her next work will take. "Animation is a very free form of expression within cinema, with which you can approach any subject, without restrictions or limits."
Marga Gutiérrez
Marga Gutiérrez studies Audiovisual Communication at the University of Navarra. She began a career as a producer of several documentary projects for foundations and non-governmental organizations, such as UNICEF, Alboan, Entreculturas, and Cear. All of them under the seal of the production company Arena Comunicación, where she worked as production manager on internationally award-winning projects such as NOMADAK TX (2007) - Silverdocs -, PURA VIDA (2009) - San Sebastián Film Festival, IDFA Best of Best -, DISTRICT ZERO (2015) - Guadalajara Film Festival -, as well as various series for TVE. She studied a Master's degree in Management and Administration of Cultural Companies (UEMC), specializing in the audiovisual sector, and decided to undertake independent projects such as La Escena del Jardín. From 2015 to the present, she began her career as a Director and Producer of her own projects. Some of her projects during this period include CUERDAS, PIONERAS, QUÉ ES PARA TI EL AMOR. CUERDAS is the author's debut film. She combines this work with teaching, teaching Documentary Production classes and tutoring Final Degree students at the University of Navarra.

Lourdes Biurrun
Lourdes Biurrun is a journalist from Pamplona with extensive experience in television. She began her career at Canal 6 Navarra, from where she moved to the Pamplona branch of Telecinco News. She has also worked for TVE, La Sexta, and Telemadrid. She is currently part of the team for the current affairs program "Navarra Directo" on ETB. She also has experience hosting all kinds of events and activities. She has participated in several plays and directs an amateur group.
Modou Fall
Modou was born in Senegal 29 years ago. In 2006, as a minor, he entered Spain (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) as an immigrant. He was held in a reception center for minors, where he lived with people from Gambia and Mali, among others. Faced with the unsustainable situation of the large influx of immigrants into the center, Modou was sent to Navarre, to the "Nuevo Futuro" center for unaccompanied minors. Thanks to this Association and various other grants, Modou and ten other classmates were able to begin connecting and integrating into Navarrese society. Modou currently works in a factory in Pamplona.
Patricia Ruiz de Irizar
She holds a degree in Pharmacy with a specialization in Health Orientation. She completed a master's degree in Tropical Parasitic Diseases (1993) from the University of Valencia and a diploma in Public Health for Developing Countries (International Health) (1997) from the National School of Health of the Ministry of Health. Additionally, she is pursuing a master's degree in Management of Non-Profit Organizations from the National University of Distance Education (UNED). From 2004 to August 2019, she was the coordinator in Navarra for the NGO Medicos del Mundo, focusing her activity on caring for women in prostitution and victims of trafficking, preventing female mutilation, empowering African women, and employability of African women in Tudela, among others. In addition, she has completed various courses on Equality, Gender Violence, Action in Humanitarian Emergencies, Ebola, Human Rights, Migration, HIV, Community Intervention, etc. In August 2019, she was appointed Director General of Migration Policies at the proposal of the Minister of Migration Policies and Justice.
Fátima Djarra
Fátima Djarra Sani was born in Guinea-Bissau. She studied Construction Engineering in the Socialist Republic of Cuba and Social Integration Technician at the School of Educators of Navarre. Since 2008, she has been an Intervention Technician and Intercultural Mediator for Médicos del Mundo (Doctors of the World). She is an expert in the prevention of female genital mutilation and an Intercultural Mediator in sexual reproductive health, gender-based violence, prevention of female genital mutilation, and the empowerment of sub-Saharan women at Médicos del Mundo (Doctors of the World) in Navarre. Co-founder of the Navarre Flor de África Association, she has written a book entitled "Indomitable" (Indomable) on female genital mutilation to raise awareness about the harmful and unjust practice of female genital mutilation, which affects 200 million women and girls. She received the Cross of Charles III of Navarre for her work in the prevention of female genital mutilation.

Nerea Larriú
Graduated in 2018 with a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarra. She has worked at Cadena SER as a news editor, a program editor, and a website and social media supervisor. She is currently an editor and reporter for news programs and programs at Navarra Televisión.
Toni García
Blending an eclectic background in art and science, he combined his studies in Telecommunications Engineering with his passions: art and animation. Trained at the Escola d'Arts del Prat, he participated in the animated feature film Peraustrínia 2004 by Fermí Marimón PC. Shortly after, he collaborated as a storyboardist and illustrator at BRB Internacional on the series El Retorno de D'Artacán, Las 1.001 Américas, and Cobi, for the 1992 Olympic Games. Finally, he joined the company as Creative and Art Director for series such as Mortadelo y Filemón, Teo, Willy Fog 2, Gnomos 3, Zipi & Zape, El hombre invisible, Zoobabu, and more. Many of his works have been recognized with international awards at fairs and markets such as Annecy, Cartoon, Siggraph, and Midem. Toni has extensive knowledge of global animation artistic development, MMORPG management and marketing, and has pioneered AR and animation applications for interactive tablets, in series such as Canimals and Invizimals with Novarama and Sony. A professor and speaker on animation at various universities and festivals, he is currently working for Apolo Films as director of the animated feature film D'Artacán and the Three Muskehounds.
Carlos F. De Vigo
Member of the Board of the Audiovisual Cluster of Navarra. Member of the Spanish Film Academy. Producer, director, and screenwriter of films and video games. CEO of Dr. Platypus & Ms. Wombat studios. For the past 20 years, he has participated in dozens of productions, including feature films, short films, and video games. His debut feature, "Memoirs of a Man in Pyjamas," was nominated for the Goya and Platino awards, and won the Gaudí award for Best Animated Film. It was the first 2D animated film selected in the official competition at the Malaga Film Festival and the opening title at the Tokyo Anime Award Film Festival. His latest video game director is "Zombeer" (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U). He won the "2nd Best Indie Video Game" award at the Unity China Awards. He has designed and participated in 10 R&D projects that have been applied to video games, smartphone content, and animated feature films. He is currently directing the short film "The Longest Night Dawns," preparing his next film, "DinoGames," and leading the R&D project EMOTIONAL FILMS, with more than twenty researchers. He is an associate professor in the engineering program at the Public University of Navarra.
Lorena Arés
With a degree in Fine Arts and a Master's degree in Digital Creation and Communication, she began her professional career in 2001 at Dygrafilms, joining the animation team at this pioneering production company of 3D CGI animation in Europe. She participated in the feature films A Midsummer Night's Dream (2005), The Spirit of the Forest (2008), and Holy Night! (2010), as well as several short films. From 2011 to 2018, she headed the animation department at Moonbite Animation Studios, carrying out projects such as the video game Zombeer (2014) and the 2D animation/live action film "Memoirs of a Man in Pyjamas" (2018), in which she also supervised the character design and layout, and acted as actor coach with Raúl Arévalo and María Castro. She is currently part of the Dr. Platypus & Ms. Wombat studios. He is directing the 3D CGI animated feature film Hanna and the Monsters, combining this with his work as a teacher in the Computer Engineering video game program at UPNA, and participating in the development of the 3D animated feature film DinoGames and the 2D animated short film The Longest Night Dawns.
Blanca Oria
Graduate in Information Sciences. Since 2003, she has organized the Navarra Anime Festival (FAN) in Pamplona, dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of Japanese animation. She has coordinated animation programs at the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM) and the Córdoba Animation Film Festival (Animacor). She has directed several documentaries, the latest of which, "Estrellado," premiered in 2019. She is the head of the company Artyco, dedicated to organizing cultural activities.

Intolerance and harassment simply because of a particular sexual orientation can be eliminated through education. Giving visibility to love in all its forms is a moral obligation and one of NIFF's aspirations.

Conchín Fernández
Journalist and presenter for Spanish Television. Graduated from the University of Navarra, she began her professional career at Diario de Navarra, where she wrote hundreds of reports and interviews. She later worked on the program "Navarra de cerca" (Navarre de cerca) at TVE's regional center in Navarra. At TVE Madrid, she presented "El tiempo" (The Weather), the nightly news program on Canal 24H (24-hour channel), and the international news program, and was deputy director of the program "Europa 2013" (Europe 2013). She also worked at the Technical Cooperation Office of the Spanish Embassy in Rabat in communications duties. Guided by Father Amable, a Rwandan priest, she traveled to the Congo for the first time, where she produced several reports that were broadcast on television. In 2010, she moved to Kinshasa, the Congolese capital, to serve as a project manager for the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Honorary Vice President of the Granda-Rodríguez Foundation for Aid to the Congo, she has received the Manos Unidas Second Prize for Journalism for her reporting on that country. As a result of this experience, she has written her first book, Dear Noah, a moving and gripping account. She has been head of news at the regional center of TVE in La Rioja and is currently an editor and presenter for the TVE Navarra news program. She is also a mother of two children.
Pau Guillén
He currently serves as director and programmer of Zinegoak, while simultaneously managing cultural projects mostly linked to sexual, identity, and gender diversity. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has always been involved in audiovisual production, both in television fiction and documentary feature films, with the production of Tuizza, entre mujeres (Tuizza, entre mujeres), A savia galega (Galician Sap), and Salt sense xarxa (Salt sense xarxa), as well as in the field of short films. His most recent work in the production field includes directing and head of production of fiction feature films such as Ander and Los tontos y los idiotas (The Fools and the Stupid) by Roberto Castón, selected at the Berlinale and the San Sebastian Film Festival respectively, and A escondidas (The Hidden) by Mikel Rueda, selected at the Malaga Film Festival. He has been part of various international juries, such as the prestigious Teddy Award at the Berlinale, the Mix Brasil Festival, the Bilbao Invisible Film Festival, and the Diversity + Program in Morelia. She has participated in the creation of the LGBTI competitions, Mostra La Ploma, organized by the Col·lectiu Lambda of Valencia, as well as MovAlacant with the support of Diversitat Alacant.
Koldo Martínez
Doctor of Medicine and Surgery. Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine. Master's degree in Bioethics. European Master's degree in Bioethics. Master's degree in Human Sexuality. Member of the Regional Parliament of Navarre and spokesperson for the Geroa Bai group during the 2015-2019 term. Currently, a Regional Senator appointed by the Parliament of Navarre. He has collaborated with citizen associations against AIDS and with associations defending the rights of LGBTI people. He has collaborated with the San Sebastian International Film Festival, ZINEMALDIA, for more than two decades, initially in the ZABALTEGI section and later in PERLAS. He has participated in numerous film productions, both short and feature films (Loreak, Basque Selfie).
Kai Etxániz
Kai Etxaniz is, among other things, a songwriter and singer. He is a writer for the international music publishing house Sony/ATV. His hits include songs like "Smile," the first single from Ana Torroja's album, and "Deshazte de mí" (Malú), which won the Cadena Dial Best Song award in 2014. His songs have over 40 million views on YouTube, just on the official pages of the artists who support them. Currently, several songs he wrote or co-wrote are being released as singles, such as "Con la miel en los labios" (Aitana), "Tú desnuda" (Cepeda), and "No vives por mí" (Edurne). The latest additions to the list are "Donna" and "El diablo dentro," both helmed by Sergio Dalma. He has also performed backing vocals on albums and tours for other artists such as Extremoduro, Rulo, and Ciclonautas. Meanwhile, with his own project, he's staunchly defending his most personal songs. In recent days, El escalofrío (the soundtrack of the web documentary Atrévete) and the music video for Camaleón have been released, and can now be seen on the artist's YouTube channel.

Cristina Ochoa
A journalist specializing in communication skills training, Cristina Ochoa is a presenter of events, podcasts, and audiovisual products. With fifteen years of experience as a radio and television presenter, she has been running her own company since 2013. In her daily work, she helps professionals, companies, and institutions achieve their goals by uncovering their message and communicating their projects powerfully and effectively.
Laura Sam
Laura Sam is a writer and cultural mediator. Her work as an artist encompasses spoken and written poetry. She is the founder of Spoken Word Bilbao, an oral poetry gathering that brings together writers and artists of different ages and backgrounds. She directed the 1st Spoken Word Bilbao International Exhibition, part of Gutun Zuria 2018 (Bilbao International Literature Festival). As an author, she is a frequent guest at national and international literary festivals and events. Her first book, "Incendiaria," has just been published by Arrebato Editorial. She is currently touring, presenting her work in various theaters, poetry cycles, and festivals.
Sandro Iaboni
Born in Naples (Italy). Graduate in Philology. He has worked as a manager in several companies in Italy and Spain. He is also an Italian teacher and translator. Diagnosed 12 years ago, he is currently on a pension for TOTAL WORK DISABILITY (which allows him to perform a job adapted to his "limitations due to the diagnosed disorder"). Since 2016, he has been an active member and board member of the Mejorana Association, an association composed exclusively of people with mental disabilities from Navarre, current or former users of the Navarre Mental Health Service. He currently works as a professional actor with the Ados Teatroa company. The current play is Lloviendo Ranas (Lolving Frogs).
Laura Martín López
Psychiatrist. He has worked since 2019 at the Granada Mental Health Day Hospital, part of the Virgen de las Nieves University Hospital. She founded and coordinated the pilot project "Community Intervention Center" in the Psychiatry Department of the Río Hortega Hospital in Valladolid, a team that operated from 2013 to 2019. She is a founding member of the Association "La Revolución Delirante," a group of young mental health professionals who propose a change in mental health care. Moving away from the determinism and reductionism of mainstream psychiatry, they propose returning to psychopathology and listening to replace treatment with treatment, legitimize the experience of psychological suffering, and fight against the deprivation of liberty caused by madness. She has been co-director of the School of Mental Health of the Spanish Association of Neuropsychiatry–Mental Health Professionals since 2015. Editorial director of La Revolución Delirante Publishing House, a small publication space that promotes readings in anti-institutional psychiatry.

Arturo Cisneros
Manager of CLAVNA, cultural producer and consultant, film producer, and music promoter with over twenty years of experience in the field of contemporary cultural production and distribution. A cultural entrepreneur with international experience, particularly in Latin America, he specializes in the creation, management, executive, and technical production of cultural projects in the fields of audiovisual arts, music, and performing arts. He directed and produced El Olvido de la Memoria (The Forgotten Memory) in 1999, the documentary Bagdad Rap (Baghdad Rap) in 2005, Sé donde está el dinero mamá (I Know Where the Money Is, Mom) in 2015, and the web series The Astronaut (The Astronaut) in 2016.
Inti Cordera
He holds a degree in Communication from the Universidad Iberoamericana, where he earned his thesis: Environmental Education and Media. He began his professional career in 1992 making the documentary Neruda en Isla Negra. In 1995, he founded LA MAROMA Producciones, a communications company focused on developing documentary projects, including television series, feature-length documentaries, and special projects. He is a founding partner and executive director of the Mexico City International Documentary Film Festival: DocsMX. In 2012, he received the Mente Imagen award from the Discovery Channel and Quo magazine. He is also the founder of the Mexican Network of Film Festivals: RedMexFest, where he currently serves as Outreach Coordinator.
Mintxo Díaz
He combined industrial engineering and film production for seven years. In 2011, he founded his own production company, Dynamite Films. He has participated in workshops such as Berlinale Talents, IDFA Academy, and Torino Feature Lab. He has produced the feature films The Maus, Letters to Paul Morrisey, Basque Selfie, Las Ninfas del Celuloide, and Shooting for Mirza. He has co-produced short films internationally. His projects have garnered more than 150 awards and have been selected at prestigious festivals such as the Semaine de la Critique at the Cannes Film Festival, the Goya Awards, and the San Sebastian Film Festival. He is also a partner at Estudios Melitón.
Amaya Muruzábal
PhD in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Navarra and PhD in Europeus. Specializing in screenwriting, she has taught classes and workshops at the University of Navarra, the Pontifical University of Salamanca, the Rey Juan Carlos University, and, recently, at ECAM. Her passion lies in analyzing and helping others write. She has recently taken this passion to Creative Production, with the guidance of showrunners such as Curro Royo and Julián de Tavira (Hernán, Amazon Prime Video, History Channel, and TV Azteca) and Fernanda Eguiarte (Amarres, WarnerMedia, pending release). She has served as Director of the Development departments of La Compencia and Sr. Mono, specializing in development and global sales. Since 2018, Amaya has been the Director of Content at the Mexico-based production studio Dopamine. She has also participated in series as a creator and writer and has built the studio's content pipeline, with two other series in development for Latin America and Europe.

Blanca Basiano
She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Navarra and a 14th Master's Degree in Radio from RNE. She currently edits and presents the Noticias1 news program on Navarra Televisión. She began her career in 2003 at Radio Nacional, but has been closely linked to television since 2006. First, at Antena 3 Noticias in Madrid, in the Politics department, eventually presenting the Weekend News program. In 2012, she moved to the Antena 3 branch in Catalonia to cover politics, a role for which she received the Antena de Plata award from the Madrid Association of Radio and TV Professionals in 2018 and, in 2019, the Teobaldo award for journalistic work in defense of human values and rights, awarded by the Navarra Association of Journalists.
Jaime Sanz
Jaime Sanz Blanco holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Administration. He earned his PhD in Tax Law cum laude in 2018, specializing in tax incentives for the audiovisual sector. He is a professor of the Master's Degree in International Taxation at UNIR and the Master's Degree in Audiovisual Industry Management at the Carlos III University of Madrid. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He has worked as a Senior Manager at EY in its Canary Islands office, at PWC in its Madrid office, and at the law firm J&A Garrigues. Specializing in tax procedures and entertainment tax law, Jaime Sanz has advised numerous national and international audiovisual and music production companies. He has also developed his expertise in tax procedures and practices as a lawyer in administrative litigation. He is head of the legal department at Macaronesia Films and a partner at Meliton Films.
Ana Herrera
With a degree in Communication (University of Navarra) and a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management and Policies (University of Barcelona), Ana Herrera joined the Department of Culture of the Government of Navarra in 1991 as a Cultural Technician. From 1991 to 2009, she coordinated various audiovisual and dance dissemination programs (1993–2002: Coordinator of the Navarra Audiovisual Creation Festival; 1997–2006: Coordinator of the Escena Dance Festival). In 2005, she launched the Punto de Vista International Documentary Film Festival, of which she served as Executive Director for several editions. From 2009 to 2014, she was Deputy Director of the INAAC Foundation (Navarre Institute of Audiovisual and Cinematographic Arts), a public foundation in Navarra created to promote audiovisual arts and film, thus promoting the audiovisual sector in Navarra. She served as Minister of Culture, Sports, and Youth of the Government of Navarre from 2015 to 2019. She is currently Head of the Strategic Audiovisual and Digital Projects Section at the Directorate General of Culture of the Government of Navarre.
Igor Alonso

Javier Lacunza
Javier Lacunza joined NICDO's management team in early 2012 with a resume built in Mexico, Belgium, and Italy. He is fluent in five languages and holds a degree in Telecommunications from the Public University of Navarra. The sector of the company he leads is closely linked to one of his hobbies: music. He has knowledge of music theory, choral ensemble, piano, guitar, double bass, and harmony, and has sung in the Orfeón Pamplonés choir, among other roles.
